Different countries have similar gender equality problems, there is a revolving need to share experience and good practises of active organizations. These local and regional activities and campaigns that have positive influence on gender equality should be shared compared to national and international trends and actions. The goal is to get practical support to adopt redeeming best practises and disseminate them among significant performers on the labour market. Mobilities are suitable occasions to present and share experiences of partner countries.
As part of the project activities in transnational cooperation, it is planned to make an elaboration of different methods and techniques to map different fields of gender gaps with the help of the target group (people with any kinds of disadvantages on the labour market). Each country will survey local or regional gender gaps among its target groups by questionnaires, interviews and workshops. As an outcome, the special features of gender gaps of each country get compared and summarized in an essay. The resulted knowledge will be gained and presented in the essay for target group dissemination - staff of the partner organizations, employers, job centres, civil or non-profit organizations and educational, training and advisory organizations. A common website should become a platform for communication and sharing information and experience.
